lume-studio.co is an informational website. Browsing it, or sending us a message through it, does not create a contract, a quote, or any commitment - from you or from us. Descriptions of what we build and how we guarantee it explain how we work; they only become binding when written into a signed agreement.
Real engagements happen on paper
Every actual engagement runs under separate written agreements - typically a non-disclosure agreement, a pilot or build agreement with a written acceptance specification, and a data processing agreement where personal data is involved. Those documents, not this website, define what is owed, by whom, and on what terms.
The content is provided as is
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, move, or remove content at any time without notice.
What we ask of you
Use the site normally. Do not scrape or bulk-harvest its content, do not misrepresent who it belongs to or what it says, and do not pass off its content as your own or as an endorsement.
